All items are sent out regular USPS mail. We can not accept responsibility for items that do not reach you. If you have a concern regarding your items security during the mailing process, please email us for a new registered post price for your items. email@example.com. If your item was dispatched, it not reaching you can not possibly be our fault if you choose regular mail. Please bear that in mind before you write to ask us where it is.
Items sent by regular USPS DO NOT HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER, so please bear that in mind before writing to us.
Every effort is taken to ensure that your items reach you in good condition. All items are packed to ensure maximum chance of them arriving in good shape.
Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase if faulty. The items must be returned with the original packaging that was sent to you. Please post the items back to us including a return envelope upon which time they will be inspected for damage. All items are sent via regular USPS. If you require an alternative postage method, please contact us and we will let you know the price. If a duplicate item is not available, you will be advised of an alternative that is in stock or to wait for identical item to be re-stocked.
Please ensure that all original items are returned, including the original packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.
